The port and the largest settlement on the island, located on the northern coast in a well sheltered cove. It is the center of the stone mason's trade with three large stone quarries in the vicinity. A few finds from the antiquity were found on the site Cad: inscriptions, fragments, sculptures. In the parish church there is a number of valuable paintings. The altar of St. Ante in that church is one of the best works of Dalmatian wood-carving from the Renaissance period.
