OTOCAC, a town in the north-western part of Lika; situated at the river Gacka, in the western part of the field bearing the same name, named after the early Croatian parish; elevation 459 m; population 5,404. Consists of the upper and lower part (the Upper and Lower Town). Chief occupations are farming, livestock breeding, wood processing, chemical industry, etc. At the intersection of the main road (M5) Senj - Gospic and the regional road Josipdol - Mala Kapela - Krasno - Sveti Juraj (St. George). >
